Made using our Cream Cheese Style, Sour Cream Style, and Tasty Style, this crowd-pleaser is perfect for gatherings, BBQs, or weekend entertaining.

Ingredients

1 large cob loaf

250 g Dairy‑Free Down Under Cream Cheese Style

200 g Dairy‑Free Down Under Sour Cream Style

160 g corn kernels (1 cup), drained

2 spring onions, finely sliced

1 cup Tasty Style, grated

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and hollow the cob.
  2. Combine Cream Cheese Style, Sour Cream Style, Corn, Spring Onion, Tasty Style Sherds, Paprika and Jalapeño if using.
  3. Fill the cob, wrap loosely with foil and bake for 20 mins. Uncover, add bread chunks and bake 10–15 mins until golden and heated through.
