Online Order Delivery & Pickup updates:
Southeast region of Queensland has been impacted by Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred.
Please be aware that the weather conditions has affect transportation services due to Cyclone Alfred. Due to this, there may be a potential delay in the delivery of your order. We are doing everything possible to minimise any disruptions, but we appreciate your understanding in the event that delays may occur.

Here is what you need to know about DFDU Online Delivery:
For deliveries, Dairy-Free Down Under Online serves customers only within QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS & NT. Please note that all orders will be dispatched from our facility on Mondays ONLY to ensure timely delivery of our products.

Delivery Notes:
At Dairy-Free Down Under, we are dedicated to delivering your orders within the estimated time frames. Please remember that these estimates are based on business days, excluding public holidays. Since our products are perishable, we only dispatch them on Mondays via express delivery to ensure they arrive fresh. Orders that are placed after 7am on Mondays will be dispatched the following week.
Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout.
To ensure the timely delivery and freshness of your DFDU items, please make sure someone is available to receive the package upon arrival. If no one is present, the items may be left unattended, for which Dairy-Free Down Under cannot be held responsible.
While we aim to pack and dispatch your orders in a timely manner, occasional stock shortages may cause minor delays. Restocking typically takes a few days for us to manufacture the products, extending delivery times to 6-8 business days from the receipt of your order. Although we strive to meet these timelines, they are not guaranteed.
Pick-ups from our facility are available Fridays only from 8 am to 12 pm.
Do we ship internationally online?
Dairy-Free Down Under currently only ships to QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS & NT. However, we do have stores across the globe that sell our products. Contact us to see where you can shop our products.
Return policy:
At Dairy Free Down Under, we prioritise the quality and satisfaction of our customers. As our products are perishable, we do NOT accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, we are committed to resolving them promptly.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team and provide the following details:
Photo of the Issue: Include a clear photo showing the problem with the product or issue at hand.
Order Code: Provide the order code if the item was purchased online.
Batch and Expiry Date: Include the batch number and expiry date found on the product packaging.
