Cheesy Stuffed Mushroom Starters



  • 1 cup button mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup Dairy Free Down Under mozzarella
  • salt, pepper
  • ½ chopped chilli
  • handful basil chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2. Remove stalks from mushrooms
3. Stuff with cheese, chilli and basil
4. Drizzle with salt, pepper and olive oil
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until melted and golden
6. Top with extra salt, pepper, chilli and herbs to serve as a tasty summer starter
