Waldorf Salad

 

Chunky & delicious Waldorf salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups of red apples
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • ½ cup Dairy-Free Down Under Garlic Aioli
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup walnuts


METHOD
1. Deseed and cut into chunky cube the apple
2. Slice the celery into chunky size pieces
3. Place the apple in a bowl and pour in the lemon juice to stop the apple from browning.
4. Combine the baby spinach, apples, celery, walnuts and Dairy-Free Garlic Aioli into a bowl and toss.
