Dairy-Free Waldorf Salad
3 cups of red apples
2 sticks of celery
½ cup Dairy-Free Down Under Garlic Aioli
2 cups of baby spinach
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup walnuts
1. Deseed and cut into chunky cube the apple
2. Slice the celery into chunky size pieces
3. Place the apple in a bowl and pour in the lemon juice to stop the apple from browning.
4. Combine the baby spinach, apples, celery, walnuts and Dairy-Free Garlic Aioli into a bowl and toss.
