INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup chopped kale
- ½ cup sliced radish
- ¼ cup cranberries
- 1/3 cup DFDU sour cream
- ½ cup roasted chickpeas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful roasted slivered almonds
- salt and pepper to taste
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2. Coat chickpeas in olive oil, salt and pepper and bake until crispy
3. Place kale , radish , cranberries, almonds and chickpeas in a bowl. Place the sour cream in the bowl and mix well with your hands until all ingredients are well coated
4. Top with extra almonds, cranberries, salt and pepper
