Both slices are quite good. But there are a few drawbacks.
The cheddar slices taste alright but are touch rubbery, like Tofutti processed slices.
The first thing that struck me about the mozza slices was the greyish tinge they had. Three or 4 slices on top were significantly smaller than the slices below. They already aren't large slices, unlike Green Vie. But the taste an texture was fine (although i've never seen mozza slices before). They also held together and handled well—some other slices fall apart when they get warm and stick together when they're cold. But when i compare the cost of the cheddar and mozza slices, and in my case, delivery charges on top, they're not so good i'll replace supermarket vegan slices, particularly when on special.

I haven't had better. The cheddar slices are just delicious, and great value, particularly when bundled with the mozzarella, which melts beautifully.
