Delicious & Fluffy Vegan Pancakes Recipe

  1. 1 cup Flour
  2. 2tbsp Sugar, optional
  3. 2tsp Baking Powder
  4. Pinch Salt
  5. 1 cup Coconut Milk
  6. 1 tsp Vanilla
  7. 1/2 cup Dairy Free Down Under Sour Cream Style
  8. Toppings of your choice (we used fruit and maple syrup)


  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Add coconut milk and vanilla, whisk to combine. 
  3. Add sour cream and gently whisk through. 
  4. Drop a 1/4 cup of batter at a time onto a well-greased and heated frying pan. 
  5. Once all pancakes are cooked, enjoy with toppings of your choice.
