YUM! Healthy, easy, and super Delicious. It’s hard when you have a dairy intolerance or are changing diets but you still crave the things you’re not meant to have, these tacos will hit a few spots for you.
INGREDIENTS
- Cos lettuce leaves
- Dairy Free Down Under Aioli Style
- ¼ red onion finely sliced
- ¼ cup walnuts crushed
- 1 diced carrot
- 2 finely sliced radish
- 1/3 cup chopped tomato
- ½ cucumber finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chilli
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 cup chopped tofu
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt, pepper
- fresh mint to top
METHOD
1. Combine all of the taco filling into a bowl. Stir well so all veggies are well coated in the tamari , lemon and olive oil
2. Spoon filling into lettuce cups
3. Drizzle with DFDU aioli, salt, pepper and fresh mint to serve
