A Refreshing Twist for Cheese Lovers!

Serving: 4 as part of a hors d’oeuvres


  1. 1/4 cup of Fresh Parsley, chopped
  2. 1 tbsp Fresh Mint, chopped
  3. 1/2 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
  4. 1/3 cup Dairy Free Down Under Cheddar Style Shreds
  5. 1/2 Cream Cheese Style
  6. 1/3 cup Granulated Peanuts


  1. Combine the parsley, mint and chives in a bowl and set aside. 
  2. Blitz the cheddar, cream cheese, peanuts in a blender until just combined (do not over blend, it is ok if the mixture is quite soft). 
  3. Using a teaspoon, form a ball of mixture (as best you can if it is soft). 
  4. Roll/sprinkle balls with herbs until coated.
  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour, this will harden them. Serve with the intention to eat sooner rather than later (otherwise, they may soften).
