Good Side of the Bed is dedicated to celebrating what makes you feel good, and was started by founder and creator, Kim, as a recipe blog in 2014.
After a cooking hiatus, and cumulative 13 years in the corporate media world, she was reminded that there’s more to life than having it all worked out – that racing to the top of a ladder might have meant missing the view off the side.
Kim is passionate about creating and sharing plant-based recipes that celebrate the simplicity in good home-cooking. Her recipes are down to earth, and that’s exactly where you’ll find her when she’s not in the kitchen, covered in mud creating earthy, hand-made ceramics with a simple, classic aesthetic (that make the recipes look even better!).
A yoga teacher, writer, sea-changer, ceramics maker, passionate home-cook and storyteller – Kim’s mission with Good Side of the Bed is to invite a celebration of the beauty in simplicity, have a little fun with your creations, and to honour what feels good to the unique you.
